Hibamir Courier is a delivery service designed to support vendors and business owners who need reliable product delivery within Accra.

We understand that delivery is an important part of running a successful business. Hibamir Courier helps vendors deliver their products to customers safely and efficiently while allowing them to focus on growing their businesses.
 
Our service is structured to provide organized, dependable, and safe deliveries while maintaining respect for the safety and well-being of our riders.
 

How Hibamir Courier Works

Our delivery process is simple and structured to ensure smooth operations for both vendors and customers.
 
1. Schedule Your Delivery
 
Vendors are required to schedule deliveries in advance. Delivery requests should be submitted at least a day before the pickup date.
 
For same-day deliveries, requests must be submitted before 8:30 AM.
 
2. Package Pickup
 
Once the request is confirmed, we arrange with rider to pick up the package from vendors between 9am to 12pm
 
3. Delivery to Customer
 
We start delivery to customer from 1pm
 
4. Delivery Confirmation
 
Once the package is successfully delivered, confirmation will be provided.
 

Important Delivery Guidelines

To ensure smooth operations and rider safety, the following guidelines apply:
 
• Delivery requests for the same day must be submitted before 8:30 AM.
• Requests submitted after 8:30 AM may not be fulfilled the same day, or may attract an additional charge if urgent delivery is required.
• Vendors are encouraged to schedule deliveries a day ahead whenever possible.
 

Rider Safety Policy

At Hibamir Courier, we place a high priority on the safety of our riders.
 
We do not operate under unsafe pressure, and we expect all vendors and customers to respect this policy.
 
• Customers should not call riders while they are riding on the road.
• If there is any issue regarding a delivery, communication should be directed through our official contact channels.
• Vendors and customers may reach us through our WhatsApp support or official phone line for updates or assistance.
 
This policy helps us ensure that deliveries are completed safely and responsibly.
 

Delivery Restrictions

For safety and quality control reasons, Hibamir Courier does not accept certain types of items for delivery.
 

We currently do not transport:

• Fragile items (such as glassware or easily breakable products)
• Perishable goods (including food or items that spoil easily)
 
Vendors are encouraged to package all items properly before pickup to ensure safe delivery.
